It's easy to make a cash deposit at the ATM at any time.

How to do a CashSend at an ATM

Insert your card and enter PIN
Select the “More” services option
Select “Purchase money Voucher” option
Enter value of voucher to be purchased
Enter mobile number of recipient
Confirm transaction
Money voucher ID is displayed and receipt printed
Send the 4 –digit PIN and the voucher ID to the recipient to claim funds

How to redeem a CashSend

Select “cardless services”
Enter money voucher ID and PIN provided by sender
Confirm transaction
ATM will dispense the voucher amount

How to deposit cash at the ATM

Select Cardless services
Then select cash deposit
Enter recipient’s account number
Then enter recipient’s name or mobile number as reference
Insert cash into the ATM
Conclude transaction and collect receipt
