    • Property insurance covering fire, destruction 0.25%

    • Identification document (passport: mandatory for foreign nationals/national ID/driver’s license)
    • Proof of income by way of 3 recent salary slips
    • Bank statements for the past 12 months
    • Copy of land title
    • I passport photo
    • Financial card
    • Copy of sales agreement or offer letter in case of purchase
    • Sales agreement
    • E-tax number
    • Approved building plans
    • Consent letters and lease rental receipts in case land is on lease hold
    • Water or electricity utility bill
    • Letter of undertaking from the employer
