What is an eStatement?
An e-Statement is a secure electronic version of your bank Credit card statement, available via Absa Online Banking and the Absa Mobile App. It contains the same information as a paper statement and can be accessed anytime, anywhere.
How do I register for eStatements?
You can register easily through Absa Online Banking or the Absa Mobile App. Simply log in, go to the Statements or Profile Settings section, and select e Statements to enroll.
Is there a fee for eStatements?
No. eStatements are provided at no cost to you.
How will I know when my eStatement is ready?
You will receive an email and/or SMS notification when your eStatement is available.
Are eStatements secure?
Yes. Your eStatements are accessed through Absa’s secure digital banking platforms, ensuring your information remains protected.
Can I download or print my eStatement?
Yes. You can download your eStatement in PDF format and print it at your convenience.
How far back can I access my eStatements?
You can access your recent eStatements through digital banking. For older statements, please contact us for assistance.
